We offer a variety of shipping methods to suit your needs. Depending on your location, we use the following trusted carriers to ship your orders:

- UPS
Shipping times and costs vary depending on the shipping method you select during checkout and your delivery address.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method and the destination address. We aim to offer competitive rates, and shipping fees are calculated by weight, size, and delivery location.
For your convenience, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be reflected during the checkout process.
3. Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days from the time of order confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.
- Orders placed after 3:00 PM local time or on weekends will be processed the next business day.
- You will receive an email notification with tracking details once your order has shipped.
4. Estimated Delivery Times
- Domestic Orders (within the U.S.): Delivery times generally range from 3-7 business days, depending on the shipping method and your location.
- International Orders: Delivery times for international orders may vary. Estimated delivery times for international shipments typically range from 7-21 business days, depending on the destination country.
Please note that these are estimated delivery times. Occasionally, shipping may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions, carrier issues, or high demand during holidays.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier’s website. If you have any questions about the status of your order, feel free to contact us.
6. Shipping Restrictions
- We currently only ship to U.S. addresses and select international destinations. If you live outside the U.S. or in a restricted area, please contact us at info@eatsuri.com to inquire about shipping availability to your location.
- We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes for certain carriers. Please ensure you provide a valid street address for delivery.
7. Delivery Issues
- Missing Packages: If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with neighbors or household members. If you still can’t locate the package, contact us at info@eatsuri.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date.
- Damaged Goods: If you receive damaged or defective items, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue, either by sending a replacement or issuing a refund in accordance with our Refund and Returns Policy.
8. Address Changes and Cancellations
Once your order is processed and shipped, we are unable to modify the delivery address or cancel the order. Please make sure the shipping address provided is correct before completing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist you.
9. Customer Responsibility
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct.
- If you fail to pick up a package from your local carrier or delivery service, and it is returned to us, you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred.
