Refund and Returns Policy

At Eat Suri, we are committed to ensuring that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with the product(s) you received, we offer a clear and straightforward refund and return process. Please read our policy below:

1. Returns

We accept returns on most products within 30 days of the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be in new, unused, and resalable condition (i.e., unworn, unopened, and in original packaging).
  • Proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation, etc.) must be provided.
  • Products must not be damaged or defective unless you are returning due to a quality issue.

2. How to Return an Item

To return a product, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at info@eatsuri.com or call (920) 779-4632 within 30 days of receiving your product. Please provide your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return.
  2. Return Authorization: Once we verify your return request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and the address to return the product.
  3. Ship the Item: Carefully pack the item and ship it back to us with the RA number. You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective items).
  4. Inspection and Refund: After we receive the returned item, it will be inspected. If the item meets the conditions for a return, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

3. Refunds

If your return is approved, you will receive a refund for the purchase price of the returned product, excluding any shipping fees. Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase.

  • Partial Refunds: If an item is returned in a used or damaged condition, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund based on the condition of the product.
  • Non-refundable Items: Some products, including gift cards and final sale items, may not be eligible for a refund. These items will be clearly marked as non-refundable on the product page.

4. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a product for a different size, color, or item, we recommend returning the original product and placing a new order. We do not process direct exchanges.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.

6. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible at info@eatsuri.com or (920) 779-4632 to request a cancellation. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled.

7. Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective items). We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns over $75, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

8. International Returns

If you are returning a product from outside the United States, please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs, as well as any customs fees or import duties.
